For your convenience we have included a copy of our rental agreement for you to be able to review.
Ideally we want you to come in and tour our venue and discuss the details of your upcoming event.
Most rental agreements are completed in our offices at the banquet hall. However, if you are out-of-town and want to book the banquet hall, you must first confirm with our office that your date is available and that your event fits with our guidelines of functions we will host. You can then print out the rental agreement, complete it and email or fax it to our offices.
We are available to answer any questions regarding the document and help you walk through the items prior to sending in the completed agreement.
