RENTAL POLICY

  • $3990 Banquet Room Rental Fee for the day includes:
    • On-site venue staff member
    • Exclusive use of the wedding venue beginning at 9am
    • 72” Dining Tables (seat up to 10) and banquet chairs
    • Set-up and clean-up services
    • Ample free parking
  • The Banquet Hall can accommodate up to 500 guests or 450 with dance floor.
  • Only one wedding reception per day. 
  • All events must end by midnight. No exceptions.
  • All vendors welcome
  • Additional rooms available at a nominal charge of $100.00
    • Bridal Suite
    • Groom’s Man Cave
    • Family Lounge
  • We require a deposit of $1995 at the time of booking with the balance to be paid no later than 30 days prior to your event. Balance due can be made in two installments.

SECURITY OFFICERS

  • You are required to have SAPD officers provide security during your event.
  • Officers must arrive 30 minutes prior to start of event and remain 30 minutes after it has ended.
  • We require a minimum of 2 officers for events up to 300 guests. Every 100 guests past 300 requires 1 additional officer.
  • We provide veteran SAPD officers that are allowed to work at our venue; no other peace officers will be allowed to provide security at Holy Trinity.  We will book the appropriate number of officers based on your headcount.
  • Each officer is paid $35.00 per hour.

 

Alcohol Options

  • You can offer your guests an OPEN bar or CASH bar.
  • There is absolutely NO BYOB.

 

    NO Under-Age Events Where Alcohol is Served

    • The venue is not available to book ANY PRIVATE UNDER AGE EVENTS where alcohol is to be served.This includes but is not limited to the following:  QUINCEREAS, SWEET SIXTEEN PARTIES, ANY BIRTHDAY PARTIES FOR A MINOR(S), GRADUATION PARTIES, OR HALF SAREE CELEBRATIONS 
    • We will continue to book school sponsored events.
